Hi Everybody! 

This week I am looking forward to getting together a list of the various college requirements for my constituency and sending these to the students. I am also looking to help with advertisement for my elected position in the future at some of the early orientation events. Additionally, I will be helping to sponsor a new resolution for a pathway near the Medical Sciences building.  Read more about Week 4

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Last week I sent out the campus voice minutes, attended the Relay for Life meeting to represent Student Government, and helped run another successful House of Reps meeting. I also went to multiple Queen of Hearts events put on by Sigma Phi Epsilon. They were a lot of fun and I could tell a lot of hard work went into them.  Read more about Week 4 Report!

Hello again! 

I've been playing some serious phone tag this week between Event Services, Student Activities, and Parking & Transportation trying to hash out several events for Spring Quarter-- Spring Cleaning Sale (yard sale where proceeds benefit a commuter scholarship), Finals Survival (can't wait!), and Calling All Commuters (we'll now have quad games as well). 

I've also been trying to contact Rob Kretzer from Parking and Transportation to implement the tiered parking resolution that was passed a while back. Read more about Commuter Report

I am working on setting the dates for the Disability Awareness Week. I hope to be collaborating with Luke on a talent night with a Disability Theme. I am talking to Campus Rec about getting a wheelchair sporting event going on. I am also looking into bringing the activities back from the Access Center, so more students can experience disability first hand!

Hey Raiders,

This past week I have been working on the CECS Teaching Awards. Our committee is busy evaluating the results of the online teaching nominations and will soon be requesting the evalution forms of the top instructors. It is a difficult task since we have so many great professors in the College of Engineering and Computer Science! I have also been busy tallying the results of the career services survey that we conducted last quarter. Look for the results in our CECS newsletter, which should be available in the next few weeks.
