October 3rd Report
Good Afternoon Everyone!
Last week was another busy and productive week. I went to my weekly meeting with Ryan and Viki. In addition, I held the second Campus Voice meeting and got some really good feedback on issues like the posting policy resolution and keeping the quad buildings unlocked. After the meeting I sent out the feedback summary to student government. I also held the first Special Funding Committee meeting and sent out the result letters to the organizations that presented.
I adopted my first organization too, Operation Smile. I am so excited to work with this passionate group and I will be working with them during the week of October 10th for their Dippin' Dots Event.
Lastly, I got in contact with Dayton Daily news about covering the Invisible Children event. Once I recieve a press release I will be forwarding that on to them so they can see how they can best approach the activity. This week is going to be great because of all the amazing homecoming events. See you all there!
