My name is Jillian Fraser. I graduated in 2007 from Mason High School. The fall of 2009 will mark my junior (third) year at Wright State; and I am majoring in exercise biology. In my college career I have participated in and raised money for relay for life, as well as helped resurrect the Wright State Chapter of the American Red Cross Club(I am the treasurer). Other extracurricular activities that I am involved in include the Dean’s Circle, as well as the Biology Club. I have also been involved with Campus Crusade. My ultimate goal is to get accepted into a master's of Physician Assistant program and to start on that degree as soon as I finish my bachelor’s. I joined SG with the intent of representing the voice of my constituents in COSM that want to improve their college experience, to gain invaluable leadership experience, and to self improve on my problem solving techniques. Some of my goals I hope to accomplish include encouraging the students within the College of Science and Math to get to know more people within their college (and not just within their specific major), as well as creating an alternative space where members of COSM can gather to study on campus, rather than the already overcrowded Dunbar Library. Networking is an important part of college as well as the quality of the education, both of which I will be diligently working on to improve all year long. I look forward to getting to know everyone on SG better; as well as making the acquaintance of COSM's student body!
